The Nice Cloud Vaporizer – A Smokable Choice
Great Cloud Vapor is one of the companies offering flavored e-juice and liquid smoking cigarettes. Now the U.S. Food and Drug Management have issued caution letters to a further ten companies, including Cool Clouds Distribution Incorporated, (conducting business as Puff Bar) caution them to eliminate their alluring flavored disposable e-liquids and e-juice products from industry immediately because they don’t have the correct premarket tobacco application set up. The FDA says it is aware that flavored e-liquids are usually popular with young adults, but that adults also need to be protected against the over-selling of these products by adult consumers. Based on the FDA’s warning letters, a few of the e-liquids in question had no flavor; however, these were being offered for sale in candy bars disguised as a wholesome snack.
Cool Cloud Vapor had marketed its e-liquid product as a supplement and a sports drink. These promises were misleading, the FDA claims, because no FDA regulatory requirements or laws exist to regulate health supplements and sports drinks. The company’s application for a non-prescription marketplace distribution label specifically stated that the product could possibly be used as a dietary supplement. It was not designed for use as a sports drink up or an athletic supplement, according to the FDA.
When a customer purchased Puff Bar, they should have understood that the product was intended for the consumption of candies, not chewing gum, and that the flavours were added following the manufacturing process. According to the FDA, Puff Bar contained nicotine, propylene glycol, and a chemical substance known as atrazine, which are a harmful carcinogen. While the agency says that atrazine will not cause cancer, it is listed on the packaging as the ingredients that could cause the product to become misused, if ingested, by children, or somebody who shouldn’t be consuming the product.
The FDA says that because the manufacturers did not include exact statements or warnings concerning the potential hazards of the merchandise, the business’s product was misrepresented. An example of a misrepresentation will be that the product was designed for those who chew gum. Parents of small children would not choose to give their kids puff bars as a snack. They would probably think that the merchandise was more dangerous when compared to a candy bar. The only way to ensure that consumers usually do not become victims of false marketing would be to strictly regulate the development of e-liquids. Producers cannot use vague terminology or symbols on labels or packaging that suggest that a product is acceptable for sale when it is definitely not.
Puff Bar was one of the e-liquids manufactured by Cool Cloud Vapor Company. The business had other e-juice goods including several premium brands, several which had a range of what flavors do puff pubs can be found in. When I purchased my Nice Cloud Vaporizer, I was expecting to purchase a product that did not have any flavorings inside it and therefore did not appeal to me. I was wrong.
Upon opening the box, I noticed that the puff container looked nearly the same as the container for an everyday cigarette. It also held a fairly massive amount nicotine, which made it difficult to carry onto while smoking as the entire mouth area of the disposable product was filled up with the whitish color of nicotine. I looked at the ingredients record for Puff Bar and discovered that it contained exactly the same things that I have arrived at expect from all of Cool Cloud’s other items: acerola, mint, caramel, citrus, guarana, lemon, orange, peanut butter, raspberry, and wheat germ extract. The only real difference between the product and the other products was that product did not comprise any flavorings.
After inserting the pre-filled pod device in to the baggie provided by Nice Cools Vaporizer, I pressed the bottom of the mouthpiece delicately on my lips to begin with smoking immediately. Immediately, my throat hit a good warm spot on the trunk of my throat that was not found during smoking any traditional smoking cigarettes. My second puff sent a rush of flavour through my lips which lasted limited to a second and then my throat hit another spot that lasted just a couple of seconds. I exhaled slowly but surely while my eyes scanned the room for any sign of smoke cigarettes. No cigar, no pop-can, only ash.
After inhaling the first puff, my palate quickly filled up with sweet lemon juice, accompanied by a gentle pepper to taste. Following the 3rd puff I experienced a lovely and tangy taste with a hint of bitterness. After the fourth puff I pointed out that the nicotine had settled properly into my lungs, supplying me each of the nicotine I had a need to complete the entire session and never have to worry about obtaining a bad buzz from it.
